  : Cleanliness, quiet, spacious room. Courteous staff once they finally received me.
  : Absolutely no signage at street level or at the 2nd floor where they exist. No forewarning of absent signage or that I needed to pre-arrange a very specific arrival time. This is not a hotel or even a b&b. There is not someone available full time during the day. Extra fees to check in after 8pm which is not mentioned in listing. Booked a room with a/c but was told I could not have the remote control to turn it on.

  : Didn't have breakfast at the property, left as soon as possible.
  : Everything...literally awful and one of the worst places I have ever stayed (given travels across Australia, China/South-East Asia, South America and much of Europe this is quite a statement!) We had a late flight into Rome therefore didn't arrive at the property until around 1:30am on a Saturday morning - the property was informed about this prior to arrival. The property is in an building with a number of other flats and we couldn't get into the premises using the buzzer. Upon phoning the property we were told in broken English above nightclub music to "come back tomorrow"! Eventually another resident of the building let us in as we got to the right floor the owners opened the door. Immediately they demanded an extra payment of 30 Euros for the late arrival. At this point we just wanted to get some sleep so persuaded them to let us into the room despite the fact they barely spoke any English.The room itself was small, badly lit, and felt very dirty. The sheets on the bed had stains on them and to top this off there was a nice note on the door saying any marks on bedsheets would be charged extra! There was no "private bathroom" as this was located down the corridor and required a set of keys you had to take from the room to use. This bathroom was also dirty with stains in the toilet and marks all over the floor. Within 20 minutes my partner and I had decided we didn't want to stay here fo the remainder of our holiday but agreed to try and get some sleep. We both didn't want to sleep in the bed so remained clothed on top and tried sleep. The mattress on the bed was terrible, lumpy and you could feel the springs. The room is NOT SOUNDPROOF. You can hear the owners snoring away next door!We made a swift exit at around 7:30am on the Saturday morning and made our way to proper accommodation. This property should not be listed on Booking.com and it is shocking that they have this listed!

  : The lady was lovely but not a word of English as stated on booking.com. She did allow us to leave our bags on site for a few hours while we awaited our next move negotiated via our basic Italian. Thank you.
  : This place is not a bed and breakfast. More reminesent of a dingy, dark apartment with a couple of extra rooms to make money from and many random rules written on the walls throughout the house. A bit strange and uncomfortable.

  : The place is not called B&B Central Palace. Not even close. Totally different name on the buzzer entry. Hosts were curt and only talked to you to collect the tourist tax.

  : They are nice the two persons who accommodate us. The place is good and easily for us to reach Roma termini station.
  : Quite cold in the room, anyway in just one night. Im so exhausted and tired. Thanks
